Paleo/Zone Dinner:
1 c. cooked okra (seasoned to taste)
1/2 c. grapes
1/2 c. mashed butternut squash
3 oz. roasted chicken
awesome dinner! i've never made okra before...and i was surprised by how tasty it was. I just seasoned it with a tiny bit of olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, and some random other spices and tossed it in the oven at 425 for 12 minutes (i shook the pan a couple times just to move it around). its awesome! and easy! and cheap!
yaaaaa day 5 of paleo/zone!
minus the butternut squash you and Sarah had practically the same dinner... hilarious:)
ReplyDeleteI have decided, out of solidarity, to give up all things made with flour for the next 30 days. I can not give up sugar because coffee requires it.
