A journey of self-improvement ends almost before it starts when you find out there's a kind of waffle stuffed with
cheese and booze.
I actually laughed out loud in my very quiet cube riddled office. Fortunately, I have not found said waffle yet. I am still going strong on my day 2 of 90. Just 88 days till pizza. I am just kidding. Right now I feel fine. No racking headache. No Ketosis yet.
Tonight I have a boot camp to teach and a one on one. My night will be a late one, because then I will be doing my own thing. It is a press day.
